A one-day seminar developed by Dr. David Nelson based upon what the Bible says about conflict and how to resolve it. This course examines four types of conflict: intrapersonal (within oneself), interpersonal (between individuals), intraorganizational (within an organization), and interorganizational (between groups). It discusses how conflict arises from our sinful nature and collaborative efforts, and how God can use it to enhance our abilities as servants, as seen in the examples of Joseph and David.
